I assume The Brap is a Dwarven tribal manifestation of your clan's pantheon.  If there are any unique attributes associated, let me know.

DonBrap Biz in Hillsfar:

1. Press Mordak for invisibility and Flying upgrades to Shaggin' Wagon.

2. We should get a building - Ghostbusters style - like an old fire station with garage and stable for the wagon, quarters, office and retail space. Someplace to establish a Heroes of Waymeet Inc. HQ so our enemies (Sombrero and the Dragon Cultists, Tola Varss and the Red Wizards of Thay, Zhentil Keep etc...) know right where to find us. DonBrap wants to establish a Dwarven Forge in Hillsfar with the HOW's partners in Elventree now that HF is open for Demi-Human Business. We need revenue stream other than loot - it's time for HOW to go semi legit. All we need is the deed for now as we have other business to attend to elsewhere but Gondal can look in on the place and it will be nice to have a home base in a major trade hub port city in the region.

3. Gifts from the old masters of Hillsfar - DonBrap has a list of magical items he would accept in tribute.

4. Parade - DonBrap would like a parade once a year on the Anniversary of the Liberation of Hillsfar - it would be appropriate for the HOW/Champions of Hillsfar to Grand Marshall the parade when possible.

5. DonBrap needs to acquire flasks, bunson burners, tubes, herbs etc as he would like to start expirimenting with the concocting of healing potions while on the road. if successful establishing a full production laboratory in HF to manufacture Luceszi & McJurgin's Healing Tonic could be another steady source of revenue.

6. There should be a bench by the charred remains of the DonBrap Passion tree outside of the Thayan Embassy with a commemorative plaque recounting the Admonition, Lamentation, Penance of Atonement and Passion of El DonBrappo.

I don't know if Kailute would love to fly around in the Shaggin' Wagon.  He should really take up hang gliding first so he can believe a half-orc can fly.

It makes sense to get a building, but I wouldn't put anything precious in it bc we've burned so much of other people's stuff, I wouldn't be surprised if someone burned our stuff. I also wouldn't rely on any deeds in Hillsfar. Someone keeps on burning up the property records. We could open up either a rug shop or rug museum.

A dwarven forge is a good idea. Not sure if the Elventree guys will want to pick up and move.  Maybe have to go back to a dwarven city to recruit!

Instead of a parade, we should hire a skald/bard to write a song entitled, "The Firey Dwarf of Freedom," or "Ruff Enough," or "The Dodgiest Geriatric" or something. If it is catchy, it will last long after we have shuffled off.

We will need a bag of holding/leomund's tiny hut/TARDIS upgrade for the shaggin wagon to have all this stuff in it.  It must be starting to get a bit tight in there.

Given his love of remembrances, and love of places for people to exhibit PDA, Quilro can easily be talked into paying someone to build that bench and plaque for you. Plaque quote idea:  "Love Each Other as He Loved Money"
