Arright, I know I promised to try and get an update for you guys tonight, but I need to clarify your plan first.  If I understand correctly, you're planning to put the bowmen (Walker and Sil?) in trees, toss oil into the cave mouth, set it alight, and kill the cave-people as they flee.  That about right?  Any corrections?

I think that's pretty much spot on: (1) take advantage of the surrounding terrain (tree, boulder, other cover) as much as possible for the archers (Walker, Vale, Sil); (2) Thunwin, the two fighters, and linkboy toss up flasks of oil (5 spots for Lenny) and torches. Try to remain within 50 feet of each other to take advantage of Thunwin's blessing.

Slaughter ensues. What could go wrong?

It's pretty good for a D&D plan, it includes fire, and putting PCs in a trees. If only there was a way to cave-in a ceiling on our heads it would be complete!

We should have Silk and Walker recon a little to see if anything has changed or if we can learn anything new... Then mayhem!

I think Mr. DM is taking that into consideration -- rather than having us set up our figures one by one on the map.

Thunwin does not have oil, but I suppose he can throw torches from the common supply. Let him know when you want the Blessing.
