Out of character discussions

Hey it's so good to be here :)

Hey all, it's been a while since i've played Champs but i really love the genre.   Ive dug up my rule books to work on something soon though.

Powerwise, Solaria is going to be pretty simple and stright forward.  She might be closest to 'Shazam' power wise.

She'll have a non-super form, and be able to take on a hero form that's pretty strong and tough and fly.

She'll probably have bits of supergirl in her too though, since i plan on giving her something along the lines of heat vision, and kryptonite like vulnerability.

I wanted to keep the character mechanics pretty simple, because she has a pretty detailed back story that the gamemaster seems to be on board with, which i appreciate.

I can become big :)
I can also be small but I'm not very good in that form yet.

Pray I don't build Ultron Mechanon......by mistake as Dr Pym once did (yeah in the comics not the movies, I know Stark did in the movies but in the comics Henry Pym built Ultron)

In some ways I'm based on Dr. Pym, but I've concentrated more on the growth side of my powers than I have on my shrinking powers.

That's groovy, when godzilla shows up we'll send you out to be our Ultraman stand in :D

Can we have access to the character sheet to put it in there :)

I asked that too.  I think the Game master might be new to the ways of RPOL GMing, so i tried to give him instructions on how to do it.  Waiting to see if they caught on.

I'm an inventor and have a PhD in Robotics among several PhDs though I'm not up to Bruce Banners 7 yet :) ....I mean it's possible I built you if you wish Mannequin. Since Psychology is not one of my PhDs it might be why you are somewhat faulty...or perhaps Diamond messed with my designs while we were at MIT.

Howdy, there! I'm playing a flying Martial Artist who used to be a police officer. I also happen to be a dragon right now. Yeah, kind of a sad story behind that. My family got sacrificed as components for a summoning spell, and when that got interrupted, I ended up like this. I'm pretty bitter about it, but at least it gives me a chance to serve a higher calling. Still, I'm sure no one blames me if I have a little grudge against magic users, right?

Minor amounts of cheekiness aside, I am pretty dang agile at 26 DEX, and while my Flight isn't really SUPER-speed, 180 kph (30" combat move) is pretty good. I have decent STR at 30 (so a potential ride for our non-flyers), and a suite of Skills centered around surveillance. I've got a couple extra/enhanced senses, and looking to add a couple (it's the kind of situation of not having enough points to do everything I wish I could at the start).

I'm your fairly well connected PI.  I deal with future tech, and am watched by people in a Time Tribunal.  Seems me and my future tech are supposed to keep the time era safe from tampering.

We are a pretty diverse group, i'm curious how were going to mesh together.

I don't have access to mine.

You may need to edit the sheet for each person putting in something like Sheet Open and check box to make it user editable.

I do not see a character sheet, which is the first step.

The second would be to make it user editable once we see it.

It's literally three clicks of your mouse...

When you go to character details... there is a box that says 'View Profile'.

You have to be looking at the character, that you make a character sheet for.


So there is a very good chance that you made a character sheet for 'GM'


You need to go through each player's character and make a character sheet for each player, and make it user editable.

there is a 6th ed RPOL export format from HD6
I just used a 5th ed R Miller C format and posted to character details
you should be able to view Wraith under cast

I just made my own character sheet myself, by going to Character Details then pressing Edit character description. I have an export format (though it was for 6E so I had to do some editing). I also know the basics of formatting stuff on this site with RuBB code on my own, so there's that.

Yeah... you could, but then your character sheet is out there for everyone to see.

The real character sheet option offers a little more privacy since only you and the game master can access it.

I'm not worried about privacy on it, I just always click on it.
