If you roll less than half of what you require to hit your opponent, I recall a rule that calls it a Critical Hit, which gives maximum damage.

Ooc:  I don't use crits.  I don't think it's in 5th edition.

Even though Najewa didn't critical hit Wizard,  he is stunned. The storm stops.

Malleable Man reaches both hands up to his ears. With a quick twist, his face is brought back to the front. "Hey! That smarts!" howls the changeable one.

At phase 3, dex 23, Malleable Man recovers from being STUNNED, returning him to full DCV.

Warhammer stepped over to make sure that Torch and any other foes caught in the area as he let loose another blast of cold, trying to avoid any friendlies once again.

Hit Torch DCV 14, Attack 2 DCV 5, attack 3 DCV 8 and Missed #4

First.   Wraith missed.

Second.   Warhammer rolled the worst to hit roll possible.   3 sixes.  3 ones does max damage always (and often something else awesome as well)  3 sixes is the worst thing I can think of.

So Warhammer hits a fellow character.   No DCV, rolling with the punch,  or dodging.   Full damage.

1= Ginormica
2 = malleable man
3 = Najewa
4 = Sentinel
5 = Wraith
6 = himself

Today: GM, on behalf of warhammer, rolled 1 (with 0 body) using 1 with the Hero (Champions) system with rolls of 1.

Ginormica.   You were so small. Warhammer didn't even know that you were in his arc if fire.  Sorry

Phase 3 and 4

Najewa slides past Psycho, just evading his Strike (DCV 12). As his fist passes her, she quickly Analyzes his Combat Style to identify whether he was using a Martial Art. She set herself up for a Counterpunch after spotting an opening in Psycho's defenses. With her battlestaff, she strikes Psycho with a hard blow that he definitely feels. But as great as the blow is, it fails to knock him back.

Defensive Strike 10 OCV 12 DCV.

As Malleable Man takes Enforcer's blow, his body deforms around the demon's fist and he, literally, bounces back from his attacker.

OOC aborts phase 5 to roll with the punch, CV is 6 and he would have to roll eight or less on his block roll to succeed, he fails
but it accounts for his phase five, which I forgot he needed to post

Wizard is knocked out again.   Runt used his phase to grab by his 2 fallen friends, psycho and Blade.
Torch is barely able to fly to Wizard,  almost passing out again
Enforcer will head over to Wizard

Torch is out.  Blade takes a recovery.   Psycho takes a recovery.   Wizard takes a recovery.   Enforcer doesn't move on phase 6.  Runt moves on DEX 20.

Work together people!  I see that light at the end of the tunnel.   You either capture them or they teleports away
