True, I am going to give everyone another day or so before we continue on.

In the meantime, you each get a level while you rest, everything is refreshed (spells, etc...)!

That's correct. Think of it this way: Is your character always aware of their experience, how much each battle gives them, how much they earn by disarming a trap, avoiding a battle, etc...? I have a more fluid system of leveling, which hopefully allows for a decent pace of character growth. You have overcome a combat encounter, avoided conflict with a potential deadly situation, and survived a natural hazard/trap. For first level, not too bad. The battle ahead will be sure to challenge you further.

Well, Ruven and Shanaera your characters are both good, Casyr as well, but Aergleel needs to update his character.

It appears that Casyr and Aergleel both haven't been on for quite some time (Amardes as well), I hope everyone is okay.

So, we are at as good a place as any to open the game to new characters, if you interested in doing so. I pose the question to you how you would like to proceed.

I think it's safe to say Amardes is out at this point. I'm neutral to new characters. Having more players is rarely a bad thing as long as you think there is a reasonable way to work them into the story. However since we're gestalt we've probably still got most of the roles covered if you'd rather just keep moving on.

That is true, I was thinking of just playing her until we get back to town. I was more asking along the lines if you feel comfortable adding a new person in the next few days or if you would rather me post to open up RTJ once you get back to Gentlebreeze.

Good to see everyone, sorry about the delay but I thought the Labor Day weekend wiped us out, I know school has certainly cut back on my downtime compared to the spring.

Well then, let us finish leveling up and I will push the story forward this weekend.

Maybe like Aergleel suggested we see if anyone is interested in taking over Amardes' character and then offer to let them create their own character when the group gets back to Gentlebreeze?
