Re: Sum Up!
I've already said that I'll ditch the vehicle and leave it behind. Chaplain assumes the town defenders have already seen them coming. There are a finite number of roads in and out of Acapulco, and we likely didn't take a smuggler's route.
We can assume safely we were seen, and probably identified as adventuring types. Whether the defenders will actually care is another story. It's actually possible the vampires this far south have only heard stories about the Coalition, and think they are a joke that can be held off with the chaff and riffraff of their forces.
And yes, I caught that about the tattooed folk as well. However, we are one of many groups. We are just better armed than most, and I think they would be more concerned with us disrupting social order then anything else.
In other words, if people start getting alarmed around us, instead of seeing us as out of place amusing curiosities due to our armament in what is supposed to be a peaceful zone, then we are in trouble.
So, if someone makes another pass at one of them in a way he sees as less than respectful, Chaplain might get the party into trouble, either with a snarl, a pistol drawn and set to give a high-pitched "charging up" whine accompanied by a meaningful stare, or simply punching them in the face out of disgust.
