Please have a look at the various rules threads before posting an RTJ (particularly How to Play). Open to suggestions on modifcations to rules and any input in general as a lot of things will be more freeform than rules based.

Canon characters are allowed and preferred. However you can play and evil Goku or a good Frieza if you so choose. Unique characters are preferred but duplicates from a different universe/timeline may be acceptable if the backstory backs it up.

Choose 4. Base characters can do nothing except fight with their fists (think Hercule/Mr Satan)so things such as flight and energy manipulation must be chosen. Use common sense here, but feel free to discuss options with the GM.
