1) Sitra does read the pages he got for what it's worth. He doesn't have the money to do an actual research action so that will come later.
2) Sitra spends his first week working as an alchemist. (I got a 22)
3) Sitra spends the next week working as an alchemist. (I got an 18)
2) Sitra occasionally uses Discern Postion to find Ava Maihi. It won't work if she's wearing a disguise and only reveals her location within a couple of miles but it's something.

Quirk - Skilled (Nature and Investigation)

Sitra is interested in finding out more about the power players in the city and where he might be able to find allies or at least researchers who could help him deciphering his astrolabium. Sitra will focus primarily in any academic (particularly arcane) organizations and people who focus on astronomy. He will avoid the Bueren's mentor whom we have already met.

Batri will first go shopping.  He will give beuren his crossbow bolts (18 of them)  then sell the crossbow and bracelet.  He will use the proceeds to buy a shield.  If the bracelet is worth a ton maybe he will buy something else, but for now that is all.
He is also available for anyone’s general thug needs in the party.
As for actual downtime activities:

Batri will WORK (xanthars guide) he will look for work as (in order of preference)a Messenger, bouncer, guard, or, worst case, a laborer.  He will use whatever benefits from work to live at the lifestyle it provides for given week...  it’s a montage.

Rolls for work (athletics strength) one per week

Week one 19:39, Today: Batri Shom rolled 6 using 1d20+5 ((1)).  Well... that doesn’t help. Poor lifestyle for a week,  guess everyone gets some bonus drinks

Week two 19:42, Today: Batri Shom rolled 13 using 1d20+5 ((8)). Modest lifestyle for the week.

Speaks with Ghosts will attempt to sell off all of the items that she "rescued", except the two bottles of wine and the flute.  The wine she will share with the rest of the group to celebrate the fact that they live to see another day. The flute she will give to Beuren as he may be able to make use of it. (Items to be sold/fenced: 2 white onyx stones, a turquoise stone, a velvet embroidered handkerchief that the stones were wrapped in, a silver-framed hand mirror and a mask made of cloth-of-gold).

She will spend any money gained from those items to make as many Potions of Healing (using her Herbalism kit) as she can during the first week.  (Brewing Potions of Healing in Xanathar's Guide p.130)

2nd week, much like Batri, she will work in much of the same jobs.  Bouncer, guard or laborer.

10:36, Today: Speaks With Ghosts rolled 17 using 1d20+5.  Athletics check-Work.

Comfortable lifestyle for Week 2 (2 GP/day) which she will share with the group.   I still think we are somewhere between Poor and Modest though.

Beuren realizes that he has made some questionable decisions on their last quest.  He will be spending time reviewing the religion and philosophy of various organizations and cults in the city.  He is also refocusing his education for spells into areas of healing and other more useful areas of pursuit.

Beuren is trying to make some coin as an entertainer in local halls, pubs and inns.  On his notepad, in the afternoons when not working he writes about his experience on his last adventure and what he could have done differently.  He also notes key features, and aspects of the adventure for future reference should he ever run into similar perils.

In retrospect the Fungus Monster terrified him and he lost his focus on problem solving.  In his reflections, he tries to improve on his wisdom and "sage advice" skills knowing he can do better.

Also, he tries to bang any chick that will give him time of day.

Beuren is going to work as an entertainer at a pub, or for any work he can get.

He rolls the following charisma check for week one.  10:01, Today: Beuren Evos rolled 18 using 1d20+4 ((14))  His base charisma is 15.

He rolls the following charisma check for week two.  10:02, Today: Beuren Evos rolled 15 using 1d20+4 ((11)).  Again his base charisma is 15.

Sitra: Both weeks pass by uneventful. Sitra lives a comfortable lifestyle and even comes away 25gp richer. The work is profitable and Sitra could earn a name for himself if he keeps this up. He is unable to learn anything new about the scrolls he found (requires Research) or the Astrolabium (requires Research) and he is unable to gain any contacts in the local academia (requires Carousing of at least Middle Class). Maihi does not leave the area in or around Pheze, though exactly where she is remains a mystery.

Week 1: Earnings (2gp), Expenses (2gp)
Week 2: Earnings (27gp), Expenses (2gp)

Batri: Batri can't seem to find good work as a messenger the first week, a lack of reputation may well play the biggest factor here. The second week is modest, but certainly better than the last one, as hired muscle for some merchants and slightly less shady criminal elements.

Week 1: Earnings (2sp), Expenses (2sp)
Week 2: Earnings (1gp), Expenses (1gp)

Speaks: Speaks spends her time in the squalid environments she's used to crafting healing potions for the first week. She is able to complete 7 of them before her resources run out. The next week she finds herself in the employ of a low-level noble as a bodyguard for his son. The work is distasteful, but profitable.

Week 1: Earnings (1sp), Expenses (175gp,1sp)
Week 2: Earnings (2gp), Expenses (2gp)

Beuren: Beuren's first week proves that novelty is a crowd pleaser. He makes quite a bit of coin allowing him to live a comfortable life. The second week is not as successful as newer entertainment draws his customers away.

Week 1: Earnings (2gp), Expenses (2gp)
Week 2: Earnings (1gp), Expenses (1gp)
------------------------------------------------------

I've added a homebrew rule for gaining reputation in whatever jobs you do during down time. A 'Comfortable' result gives you a +1 to that reputation. How this affects gameplay and what not in the future is to be determined.

Character sheets should be completely up to date now. If there are errors let me know.

I'll be working on the plot for Episode 2 this week and hope to be starting no later than this weekend, but ideally by Wednesday.
