Ooc: ah, sorry about that.

Also, can you change the die roller to 'record each die'?

ooc-i figure 9 raps worth of fake Id/background should work. Emily might want to die her hair just to be safe. As for research, how much info is 3 RAPs worth?

[OOC]  I was looking at it if anybody did a search against the new persona that the 3 RAPs would be the RV/OV to the attempt to gain additional information or find a hole in what was done.  I have no issues with you doing that again, but since I said two weeks of time, you need to wait that long to 'judge your own work'.  Judging your own work is sometimes hard, but the result was low and you would start to find the holes in your own work.  Based on the fact you attempted once and now know more than when you first started, I would cycle down to 8 OV/RP.

OOC-under the scientists skill, it says I can reduce the amount of time research requires by my APs in scientist. Down to a minimum of 6 APs(5 mins). does that help with the two week time reduction?

The while the O'Hare facility was off the books, the construction still required certain paperwork be filed. Given the Doctor's hacking ability, it was not hard to get online copies of that paperwork. While not too informative by themselves about said warehouse-it did list people involved with the payment and planning of the place. From there, he could find those individuals and hack into their personal accounts. From there, he could get more useful data...

[OOC] Sorry...my fault.

[IC] From the review of what constriction documentation you find (permits, narrative of changes, change logs, etc) you find that work to re-tool this facility was done by Rose Construction.  They are number three or four in size on the south side (Rose Construction, Rose Housing, Rose Concrete, etc.).  The GM for Rose was a Steven J. Smith.  The site manager for Chaneycorps was Alexander White.

You find the following two things of interest as you poor through emails;
1)  A David J. Farmer (Mid-West Regional Logistics Manager) and Larry Weldond (Facility Logistics Manager) seemed to have a long email conversation about three shipments that have little or no detail.  It is Larry Weldond confirming that things are on schedule and that things will go smoothly.  They talk about it, but never say what is in it, quantity or when.  This goes on for five day this week.

2)  A Micheal Green (sales) and a Jack Johnson (Mid-West Sales) seem to have made a big sale to a Black Lake Chemical, out of Cross Lake NJ.  The sale is worth sever hundred thousand of very caustic chemicals.  Based on you basic knowledge of non-organic chemistry, you know that there a few possibilities; explosives and industrial solvent.

He doubted he would find out anything more. However, the fact they whee accepting shipments and sales meant the O'hare warehouse was not completely off the books. The amount he could learn about them via online research was limited, but at least he had some names to work with. Once he got any more news articles  or special reports on any of the men mentioned, then he would infiltrate the place.

[OOC] 3 RAPs  I need to see a picture of the cork board with all the red string between the pictures....

[IC] You are able to get past the secondary firewall and to a second email server.  You find the following...
1.  David Farmer is in a office in Milwaukee (you have the full address and office phone number).
2.  Larry Weldond is local, with two offices.  One is here and the other is in the corporate town down town (full addresses and office numbers).
3.  David Farmer and Larry Weldond have all the email addresses for the regional sales and logistics managers.  You do not find any contacts for the C-suite.
4.  You find information on other shipments from a few different facilities, of the chemicals you use (plus a few others), to the company in NJ.  The quantities are large.
5.  You find the email for the head of security for the Chicago facilities; Charles Butters.  His office is down town.  Full title is Head of Physical Security - Chicago Region.

Chaneycorp main office downtown is a large skyscraper in the loop.  The have the top 14 floors for various offices.  Access is via elevator only, with key card entry.  There are building security at the ground floor.

[OOC]  You can guess where his office is (you have the floor as you have the office number), but you do not have a picture of him.  Visit day or night?

In reply to The Game Master (msg # 55):

The air vents where an easy entrance for someone the size of gnat, especially at night. Despite what the movies depict, most such vents could never allow a person crawling around in them, or even a child. However Chimera in his spider fly form could move through the air condition system until he found a spot where a larger form could be transformed into.

From there, his lizard hound senses could find where the offices where, over hear the conversations track the scents to where the human staff where located. From there it was a matter of assuming another tiny flying form and locating his target's office.

As you are, it is easy enough to find an office number (no roll needed for that).  As you search, you see many cubes and offices (outside walls).  Mr. Butters' office is two deep, with his assistant (James Taft) having the outer office.

The spider fly will maneuver towards Butters office. Checking there first and then his assistant. He needed to get access to the head of security's computer, but knowns if he logs onto the system it will be noticed.

He will need to machinaclly alter the computer, then plug in his own phone and hack the machine. Thus bypassing the office's local firewalls. Furthermore he will use this physical access to implant a virus, giving him future updates of anything Butters or his assistant do on this computer.

If course he will check for local security issues, such as cameras and the like. He knew a company like Cheneycorp had many secrets to hide, but they where not 100% sure of Doctor Chimera's existence. Even the police, who did not care for his efforts at all, thought of him more as an urban legend.

1) There are cameras in the office area, and the offices have glass walls with blinds that can be pulled.
2) Are you thinking of adding a device (say a key stroke logger) or actually changing the machine physically?

In reply to The Game Master (msg # 59):

Ooc-1)as a spider fly, the doctor will pretend to be a normal arachnid and just weave a web across the camera, just giving him a chance to pull the blinds and move around the office undetected. Even if security...or maintenance comes to clean up the web, the office blinds will be in place, and it will happen 'off' camera.

2)once inside the office, The doctor will add a device inside the computers mother board, thus bypassing the normal anti virus programs installed into the computers software. Giving him a 'backdoor' into the emails of Butters and his assistant.

To cover the lens of the camera with silk will not be a roll.  That is done without much effort in a matter of a few minutes and you can then pull the blinds.

For the actual device for the computer, you'll need to define it for me and then roll verses a 7 OV.  This is a standard Dell system with no odd changes in hardware.  The higher OV is just for the difficulty of what you are doing (physically changing a live system and trying to get information).
