Sorry had no idea.  And not near book for another hour or two so not really sure what to roll or add.  Pretty sure it was 1d10 though.

[OOC] Intitiative is 1d10 + (Dex + Int + Infl).  So for this 'fight' yours is 21.  You win.  So they have to declare what they are going to do.  I'll do that IC and you can adjust what you wish to do if desired.

[IC] Three of the SUV doors open and people start to get out.  The police are coming behind you and should be here in a matter of seconds.

Clinging to the side of the building several floors up after jumping, the suit scanned the area and provided the flood of information into managed data on his HUD.  A small flick of his fingers altered the targeting data as the crooks spilled out of the car.

"Attention, you are surrounded and under arrest.  Throw down your weapons and surrender peacefully," he broadcast, voice altered by the suit systems.  Even as he spoke, he fired the sonics again, ensuring to encompass all of them in the wave of sound.  The joys of sound waves ensured they would still be able to hear him while their bodies shook and vibrated.  If they didn't pass out, they would have one hell of a screaming headache.  He could live with that; so would they for that matter!

No idea what the target number is for folks stumbling out of the car.  And my usual sub-par rolling is still in full effect too.

So, area but only affecting crooks.

The soundwave pulse from the suite to encompass the those getting out of the car and their reaction is immediate. Two of them fall to the pavement immediately, holding their ears and shaking.  The third takes three steps and also falls.  The three Hispanic youths are on the ground.  You note quickly they are all wear some black and gold (bandanas).

The sounds can be heard within the area and echo back some because of the buildings. The police will be pulling up within a second or two.  Police cars are now converging from the south and north as well.

Knight took a moment to ensure the trio wasn't going to shoot the police and that they were actually out.  A quick focus on each of them, saving the images, would let him review the data later and see who they were.  Knight did his best to keep abreast of information whenever possible; from gangs to heroes to villains.  Never know when such data could be useful.

Once he was certain the police had the situation well in hand, he leapt away towards the next crisis.  It was unlikely but Knight wasn't interested in the police spotting him.  He didn't want the credit and had no intention of giving a statement.  They could make their own conclusion about what happened.

OOC:
Storing data on the three.

If they are out and no threat to cops, taking off towards whichever next closest (if take long than minute or two to get there, teleport).  Wasn't sure if there was an update or not on any of those situations.

[IC] The three of them stay down as the police swarm the scene.  You can see some confusion amongst the police as they assess the scene.  It isn't every day you see an SUV on its belly and three people on the ground.  The three are taken into custody easily.

Between the house fire and the calls coming in from Mount Greenwood Park, either is within striking distance.

A quick scan/review lets you know that the fire is attended by three trucks and teams are on the scene.  The call from Mount Greenwood is odd; two calls and the police on the scene do not have anything to see or find.  A confirmation by one of the police has a dispatcher confirming that one call was from a woman in the park who was being followed and another call was from one of the park's crew that there was a burglary and that he had see three people in the park moving quickly away from the field house (north end of park).  They came in only a minute apart (fieldhouse call first).

Noting the house fire seemed well in hand given the amount of response presence and no new information on Lakeside, he plotted the course to the park.  Checking the data on his HUD, conventional(-ish) means would only take him a minute or two for him to arrive.  It would do just fine.  Leaping off, he made his way to the Park to do some investigating...

You get to the park without issue.  When you get there you do see empty park.  There is one police car that has responded to the call from the fieldhouse.  There paths that lead from the fieldhouse deeper into the park, there are many softball fields, communal gardens to the west and some patches of trees to the south.

As you are listening to the scanner, you do hear confusion from the pursuit.  <Blue>"I don't know what.  It is off its wheels and we'll need a full bed tow truck.

Can I hack into the cop's computer, see what info was logged?  Not sure if that's possible so figured I'd ask before I posted.

[OOC]You can hack into the CPD computers, but it would take time and access.  They are cellular based, so you have to break into their closed system.  I would say with 4 APs (1 minute) time and a OV/RV of 7 (harder as this isn't a standard network and more security goes into their systems).

Knight took a moment and used the suit to tap into the police's network, downloading what data they had collected to get some kind of clue what was afoot.

[OOC]You get into their system without much resistance.  And a little luck...some people just don't believe in complex passwords or multi-factor authentication.

[IC]You are able to find that a car was sent around the south end of the park, but they did not get out of the car.  It is still light out, but since there are trees, they could have missed something.  Otherwise, there are notation on when cars arrived and when calls came in, but nothing more.

Erasing any trace of his intrusion, Knight took off towards the south end of the park.  He would take a look for himself, see what he could turn up.

B) You note two more items in the system; there is one more car on the way and a K-9 unit has been put on call, but not dispatched to the scene.

[IC]Moving south is not an issue with your abilities.  You see that park has a pair of active softball games on the north-west side, but there is nobody on the park paths to the south.

After closing the connection, Knight headed to the south side.  He figured if he could examine the sights where the incidents were called, see what clues he could pick up.  He still wasn't entirely sure what he was looking for but he was a curious fellow.  This was just another problem to be solved.

As you move south through the park, you see nor hear anything out of the ordinary, until you reach the far south-west corner.  When you get closer to a cluster trees, there are voices.  Stern...hushed purposefully....  You are picking up only that there is something being said, but not what.

[OOC]You know where the voices are coming from and hear two for sure; one high and one lower in tone.  You cannot see into the thicket from the outside, but know it isn't deep as you are close to two streets.

Does suits various sensory enhancements help with any of that or is it blocked somehow?

[OOC]The suit does have various options, but you have to tell me what you are trying based on the suits powers.  Roll at the same time, so we can keep the flow going.

[OOC]In my opinion, the most appropriate is thermal vision.  But I leave that to your call; I don't want to run your character for you.  Your extended hear would pick things up.  Sonar I don't think would be great through trees.  X-Ray vision would also work.  The others I would need a reason for to allow.  Your call.

Let's do the hearing (cause I can hear them talking) and X-ray (might be able to see them by filtering out the foliage) and thermal as well.  Should let me get the best amount intel I think.

You do a system sensor sweep and you suddenly hear terse voices and locate by heat where three people stand amongst the trees.  "I don't care.  The money is owed and you will pay it.  I don't care what happened, we had an agreement.  You owe it.  Don't be a bitch...where is my money?"

Frowning inside the suit, he wasn't sure this was worth the interest given the other craziness out there.  Still, he was curious and someone had called it in.  So he continued to move in closer and circled a bit to get a better sight line, keeping the sensors locked on.

As you move around, you see the three (two men and one woman) without difficulty.

After a sigh, "Look.  You were given the goods.  You said you would deal the goods and pay for the goods.  You have not!  HAVE NOT!  You know how this works, we all eat, we're all happy.  You fuck that up and people get unhappy.  I owe people...you owe me...where is my MONEY!"  The man has the woman backed up against a tree.

"I don't have it.  I got robbed.  You know I did.  I told you I did!  I sold the and I got part of the money.  I can get more if you let me sell more...I can make it up!  I promise!"

"Bitch...why would I give you more to be robbed again?  I can't trust you.  You know what happens...I can't trust you, I can't use you.  You have to take care of this or I do.  Gawd damn it...Bullshit!  Last time...who robbed you and where is my money!!"  He smacks the tree that is behind her.

Knight moved in to a reasonable distance but not much closer.  He needed to be close enough to act but not disturb the trio.  Yet.  He recorded their faces and would let the facial recognition software look up their identities later if it became necessary.  For now, he was content to observe until he had enough details to intervene.
