The investigation has gotten rather complex. While various avenues with the vehicle and boat have had minimal value, I have some significant updates from other areas. First off, and something you need to be aware of, you were being spied upon during your meeting at the museum by a security guard who most certainly should not have been there. This individual has been extremely difficult to gather information on as well though I have made some progress. It is still ongoing. As for another, I have discovered another site which will almost certainly be robbed by the pair or whoever they were hired by given the previous robberies the pair perpetrated.
Also, I have been sharing most information discovered with the police for verification and transparency to some degree as well.

Start doing a little searching/digging at the Skokie museum as prep work to read the next day.
While he would be searching and working and investigating all weekend, that can be handwaved/summed up if needs be to get everyone on same page. *shrug*
