In the way of timing, Rei will have her dinner meeting tonight, so that should happen prior to your discussion in the morning.  So we will do a little RP....

Your sister does catch you early in the morning, with coffee, "How was your day?  I didn't want to bother you last night as I know how new jobs go.  Oh...and did you get everything set with the apartment?"

"It was okay", Cathrin replies, "there's a lot to do. And a lot to learn, too. I feel a lot more comfortable when it's just the music and I don't have to think about marketing, too."

"As for the apartment: mostly."

"Well...music is a big piece of marketing.  I know that it is different than making 'art', but it could be close.  Isn't there a marketing group or organization that you could join?"

"Good idea. I guess that'll help", Cathrin replies. She lifts her mug of coffee. "THanks for the coffee, by the way."

"What are you up to today?"

"Well...I have the adventure of a life time...parent teacher conferences.  So interesting...so much fun. "  She settles back and takes a sip of coffee, "I don't expect anything, which is why they are boring.  But in this case, boring is good.  Then...to really spice up the day...I may make dinner.  Don't quote me tho....  You be around?  When do you think we'll need to move things?  Oooohhh...when do go shopping for throw pillows!!"  She smiles and laughs at the last remark.  Mom always has too many throw pillows.

"Would some chocolate make the conference a bit better?" Cathrin asks with a smile.

"I could volunteer to make dinner today. But then, it would probably be safer to just order pizza." She grins.

"I thought about moving things this weekend. So that you're finally rid of me again."

"Throw pillows? Hm. I guess March 2050. Or 2060, just to be on the safe side. One canb never wait too long to shop for throw pillows after all." Cathrin really enjoys the banter with her sister.

"Have you had Chicago pizza yet?  It isn't the same...you have been warned.  We can help this weekend.  I'd like to see the place anyway.  I'll round up some cleaning supplies and few basics...you know...they stuff that I no longer want in my house.  I'll make sure the SUV is here and not running kids around.  And everything is better with chocolate.  Is there anything else we should expect to be shipped?"

"Not, yet. Maybe something else then?"

"Chocolate is good!"

"As for anything else than my things here... I have to go looking for a few things, maybe get them delivered."

"I'm in...if you want company.  I do know a few hidden gems in this city.  And I know there are things here we can gather instead of shopping for in the short term.  Do make sure you update mom and dad...I don't want to tell/spoil something I shouldn't have."

"Oh that sounds really good! Thank you!"

But you won't dare to tell mom that I won't buy throw pillows, would you?" Cathrin grins. "I'll let them know about my new place to live."

"What?  Tell MOM you won't buy throw pills...the fallout would be immense.  You for not buying...me for not forcing you to buy...I'm sure the kids will end up embroiled in the inquiry and incrimination.  Hehehehehehe.  But so our stories are straight...what are we going for?  Eclectic?  Modern?  Louis the 14th? 50's?"

"Heh, that would indeed be messy. Let's keep it a secret then." Cathrin grins.

"Modern would be quite a change." Which is a good thing. "So lets pick that."

"Trip to Ikea?"

"Sure", Cathrin says.
"I just have to know if it's the same like back home."

"Yes...but more of the instructions are in English."  She gives you a smart-ass smile.

"I'll start a list of the items we have that can move with you and figure out what is left.  We should remember to put something in the fridge too."

"As long as they have Köttbullar...", Cathrin replies with a grin.

"Oh, that's nice."

"And I'll start a list of items I'll need first. Including stuff in the fridge.

"Ha!  How do you think they attract people to Ikea in the first place!  And what is in the apartment as to furnishings?"

Some furnishings...kitchen with major appliances, bathroom with amenities, and one large china cabinet.  The comment at the time you saw it was, 'nobody wanted to move it'.  There is data/cable (one link in 'office') and built in ceiling speakers (three wall jacks for speakers...bedroom, living room and 'office'.

"Except for in the kitchen and bathroom there's not much in there as furnishing. Just a large china cabinet. More possibilties to arrange everything the way I want." She smiles.

Dichlan goes about her work a little absentmindedly today.

Just by happenstance, you are in the lobby about lunch time when two women inquire about Rei at the security desk.  One is average height, with brown hair and a large purse.  The other is short, with long black hair, and tanned skin.  You may not have noticed, but they both have white lab coats tucked away, but not hidden.  After a moment, they are allowed upstairs.

The remainder of your day is uneventful; a meeting about some background music, a review of a few old pieces, and a few paperwork items.  Of course, they are all in the ERP, so no paper, but a walk-through of the system and an eventual approval.

What would Dichlan do after work?  What would be her priorities?

Cathrin notices the visitors, briefly wondering who they might be.

Assuming that the trip to Ikea is on another day, Cathrin has sort of a free evening. She would try to distract herself by playing with her nephews, if they want to. Preferrably something involving a lot of running around.
After that, she feels at least a little better. But if there's still time, she'd 'go for a walk' (a long one) in the direction of Reds garage. Not really walking, of course. And not really knowing why.
