#1 - Carlos 'The Candy Man' Haine
Haine was a low level drug pusher in Chicago until, through unknown means, he gained powers. He was approximately eight times stronger and fast than the average person, with a strong resistance to chemicals and drugs (e.g. tear gas). He died in a abandoned mansion in Beverly when crushed by a portion of the ceiling and fixtures in the front hall over 10 years ago. There were signs of a fight in the mansion, but no evidence lead to additional information.
He is notable as he had assembled a large drug distribution ring from many smaller rings through highly violent methods.
#2 - Joseph 'Joe Public' Pacewicz
Joe, as he was known to most, was a public hero with super strength. He was well loved in Chicago and is still talked about (he spent a lot of time rescuing people). He died a few years back on 'Red Monday' (if you ask people in Chicago about 'Red Monday', they will know what you are referring to, but it is regional).
#3 - MacKenzie J. Johnston A.K.A Nixx
Nixx was electrical manipulator, that partnered with Joe. On 'Red Monday' she did not die, but was hurt badly and has been in a comma since that day. She is in Rush Medical Center still (her bills have been being paid by a benefactor that wished to remain anonymous).
#4 - Baal
Baal is a super villain, in the form of a massive 'demon'. Little is know about Baal or where he came from. He can fly, breath fire and is strong enough to crush concrete with his fists. He proclaims himself to be a 'demon' but this is widely ignored as bluster. He has no known associates and seems to enjoy the chaos he creates. His crimes are always violent and target religions figures and organizations; his motivations are unknown.
