Rules

We are using the rules for Hunter Hunted from Vampire The Masquerade (VTM)
  - DICE ROLLER:  WORLD OF DARKNESS 2ND
  - WHEN POSTING, USE MORE THAN A 5 WORD SENTENCES TO DESCRIBE WHAT YOU ARE DOING, HOW YOU ARE FEELING, WHAT YOU ARE THINKING OR WHATEVER THE SISUATION MAY BE.

  - POSTING
Remember we are telling a story.  Posts should be written in past tense. And they MUST come at a pase that keeps the flow moving along, please post no less that every other day, preferrably more if the schene and palyers are al present and posting along. Give prople a chance to post, and if it taking too long the ST will retify the situation.
The storyteller put his foot up our butts for not posting correctly.
We encourage but do not demand colors and or formatted text for in character posting. Feel free to pick a color but note that RED is reserved for NPCs and ORANGE is reserved for OOC stuff. We don't really want rainbow text either, so pick a color and stick with it for your character text.

For example:
Your characters post.
OOC: This is out of character stuff typically related to game mechanics.
THIS COLOR IS FOR NPC's
Italic is used for thinking of things

Out of Character Info

Things like dice rolls, mechanics questions or statements should be dumped at the bottom of your post in orange.

BOTCHES(using the Revised Edition rule)

A botch is a disastrous failure at an attempted action. It is a feature of the Storyteller and Revised Storyteller systems.
Unlike a normal failure, in which a character merely fails to achieve their desired result, a botch has actively negative consequences. For example, botching a roll when shooting a gun may result in the gun jamming, rather than merely missing the target, while botching a roll to disarm a security system might trigger the alarm or even result in the character getting an electrical shock from the system. The exact details are usually left up to the Storyteller to decide.
In the original Storyteller System, a botch occurred when a character rolled more 1s than successes on a roll. This actually made botches more likely for characters with large dice pools when the difficulty of the roll was high. In the Revised Storyteller System, this was changed so that a botch only occurred when a roll garnered at least one 1 and no successes at all. This botch mechanic was used in the Revised Edition games using the Storyteller System.
