It was a scandal, how Enrico hung out at a bar that his sister didn't work at.  He always said "Conflict of Interest" when asked.

"Hey, so what's up, baby girl?" he asked.  He always talked that way.

"Hello, Enrico," Mao said, crossing her arms. "I'm here because I might be needing your mercenary services."

"See, you know me too well," said Enrico.  "Cutting off a flirt before it starts like that.  So what's going on?  What will you actually need?"

"I had a teenage girl brought into my clinic who was accidentally splashed with and started mutating. I"m having the chemical analyzed, but also evidence it came from the inner city. Depending on what's found out, I might need to get in here," Mao said, showing Enrico the map. "I'm hoping you can keep your calendar free. I also need to find out what you'd charge for it."

"I'll keep things open for a bit," said Enrico.  "But a raid on the inner city won't be cheap.  Well... get me as much information as you can get about the target, I guess."
