Characters will be made at Level 1 with standard Point Buy, AND start with a free Expertise Feat, AND will gain one Guild feat after our "Session Zero".  Themes are allowed, and characters gain 2 background benefits (+2 to two skills, +2 to one skill and add a class skill, or add two skills to your class skill list).  Normal starting gold for items.

Any material from PHB 1-3, the "Power" books, and Essentials are acceptable.   Material from other books or Dragon material (other than themes) requires approval, but I'm pretty lenient as long as it isn't game-breaking.
