Permitted Material:
As you know, I've opened up all resources to you for character creation be it official published material or unearthed arcana. If it is outside of the core books just let me know where you got it for reference.

Stat Gen:
For Stat generation we'll roll 4d6 dropping the lowest and rerolling ones. Do that six times and place as you wish.

Advancement:
I'm thinking we start at 1st level but we should be progressing rather rapidly to 3rd as we get through the introduction to the game. From there we'll be using milestone advancement. I would like to progress fairly quickly through levels so there's no feeling of stagnation.

HP:
Per the usual take max HP at 1st level. After that when you level you can roll and THEN decide if you want to take average.

Feats:
Every character will get one free feat at first level. In the case of variant humans it is an additional feat. Acquiring new feats will come through the standard trade of ASIs at their given levels.

Starting Equipment:
Standard choose your equipment or roll on the table for your class wealth. Sell back anything you don't want/need at full price and make any purchases you'd like to but if it's something weird or unique make it make sense in your backstory. Since you'll be controlling more than one character go ahead and combine wealth and redistribute amongst them as you please.
