I highly recommend you guys read over the House Rules and Character Creation Thread, as I did add a bunch of fun stuff for you guys.

Now, given that there are some races with a LA +1, what level does everyone want to start out at? I was leaning towards level 5, so you can get a feel for your characters before we get into the nitty gritty world of prestige classes and such, but I am open to thoughts and ideas.

 Rorak, for one has no difficulty working with a party of powerful women, not least because he's a Gnoll and isn't entirely sure what other kind there are. ^_^

 And level five or six would work for me - makes us good lieutenant material for the warlord without demanding we squeeze every last +1 out of our builds.

Also, we are treating level adjustments on one side of the gestalt.

Level five sounds fine to me.

I was thinking of suggesting not less than 2 on level. I like 5th level. 5th level is a good balance point for thing; Top of low level, and start of mid levels.

Starting wealth will be 4,300 gps, to represent the savage and unadventurous lifestyle of a horde. I will be giving you or bumping up the power of one of your items to make up for this lack of starting wealth, but be aware that its unlikely that you will be dragging along mules.

 I am suddenly seized with the desire to spend some ludicrously small portion of my wealth on a Very Angry Mule.

You say now...but to your horde members, that looks like mighty fine meat to eat... Not to mention where and how you bought it...lol

 Yeah... But just think of the entertainment to be had mounting a goblin or something on a Warbeast Mule and watching it kick its way through an enemy spear line. ^_^

True, true. Or a medium sized dire rat...
