Gvoudzon heeds for the TAS facility (Aramanx's has a B starport, so there's one). He opens an account at the "TAS bank" and prays Vicouna to transfer 500,000 Creds from his dividends there.
Paying a fee of Cr1,000 fee, the former Corsair cedes the half million to the Bank, and gets a Tas Bank debit Card Gold (TBdCG) in exchange.
The card is a little plastic rectangle. In case he loses it or it is stolen, there's also a smaller copy on one of his nails, and another sync-ed copy in his right shoulder blade. The idea is the card and the nail won't work if he's not present and agreeing to its use; if someone tries to remove the chip from his body, the chip will be destroyed.
The TBdCG is filled with the Cr500,000 and is used for debit only.
The card is accepted as a means of payment in all TAS facilities (mainly in A & B class starports), and around it.
Every payment using the card is deduced on the card itself (it is of course unforgeable). When the remaining sum on the card reaches 0, it can't be used anymore. It's like a micro purse of cash. It can be charged up again, but only in this Agency on Aramanx. Most people who become rich again just buy another card elsewhere.
The storekeeper who accepts the card for the payments takes the bill to the local TAS Bank, who pays him with its own fund. If the (backward) planet's merchants don't accept payments with the card, Gvoudzon may withdraw some local currency at the local TAS foreign exchange counter.
Gvoudzon adds his pocket's money 40,976 to the remaining 63,839 dividends, reinvests 100,000 to the Trading Fund and keeps 4,815 in cash on him to lure any pickpocket or punk from where the real stack is.
