Enjoying the outdoors is a good thing,especially if we are about to go on a two week voyage.  Anyway does this company town has any accommodations that at least better than staying on the ship?

Aah the answer will depend on your answer to these questions :)
1) how much time does the tank Baseru sells require to install?
2) So we just push it into the cargo bay and plug some pipes?

Also, time is on our side, every hour that passes, the miners have less food, oxygen, water, mining supplies... The things they need to work and survive... and Baseru is under more pressure.

collaterals : Baseru deposes all his valuables, including all his shares in the mining companies, by a lawyer. Or by an OM-BUDS-MAN (I always thought it was an insult).
- As long as Baseru pays the installments to the... third party, his collateral remain his.
of course we pick up the installments each time we pass by the planet (or we could ask the lawyer to transfer the sums to the planet we happen to be at the time)

- If Baseru stops to pay the installment, and that comes up to the amount of more than two semester's worth, all collaterals belong to us, minus what the debtor already paid us IF the value of the collaterals happens to be more than the value of the loan ('f ya see what I mean)

Two weeks for collapsible tanks.

Gvou correctly noted: is this 10% of 30% i.e. 3% in total, or 10 percentage points of 30%, i.e. 10% in total? Also we don't know how much will be these 30% in absolute MCr (I assume very big since we are talking about three industrial facilities). I guess more details from Baseru would be helpful.

And anyway our deal should include condition that Baseru will try looking for collapsible tanks (we are ready to pay full price in cash for them). This will be in the interests of Baseru, since we will install collapsible tanks twice faster than demountable tanks, and thus will deliver the supplies to the miners two weeks earlier.

I should have checked before using the term; it has nothing to do with the job I'll describe :

somebody taking care of your business investments and holdings while you're away, and has arbitration rights over them.
In other words, he's a "black box" for you, who gives you 'neutral' reports once per year, such as "your fortune grew by 5% this year". The kind of arrangement Trump should have set up, to separate his business interests from his position, and not know for example if some foreign Head of States resides in one of his hotels or not.

Of course, Gvoudzon using it erroneously is just excellent role-playing ;)

We don't, but we need them to reach Patinir, don't we? So we'll take them, and sell it as second-hand when we could grab collapsible tanks :)

Also - just for the roleplay, - don't forget to mention to Baseru he shall repay us with interests.

It's actually, with a 4% interest, a Cr37,513 annuity (you may round up or down) ;)

No, this is basic scenario. We will have to make two Jumps-1 anyway. Our ship is only Jump-1-capable no matter what tanks we have. Patinir is 2 parsecs away and there are no systems to refuel in-between.

By the way... It takes 1 month to install demountable tanks (the tanks that Basseru sells to us).

There are some other options, however.
1) We can hire a ship with large fuel capacity which will make one jump-1 together with us from Natoko towards Patinir, and will refuel us in deep space.
2) It is possible that there are refueling depots in deep space on a mid way from Natoko to Patinir. Chances are low, but it is not impossible. We just should learn about such fuel depot, if it exists. Fuel will be very expensive there, though.
