What is/are the skill(s) required to work on the tank installation ? If several of us are working with Baseru's guys, we'll keep an eye on them.

Note: the worlds around Patinir have less than stellar astroports, so we're stuck for 2 jumps minimum with the demountable tanks, before we can switch to collapsible tanks.

Patinir has a Class C starport. Within a range of a single Jump-1 or -2 from Patinir we have the following starports: (see my msg #568)

Lewis (Red Zone) : D
Pysadi (Amber Zone)  : C
New Ramma : D (Imperial Scout Base)
Rubrak C
Teh D
Natoko B - but they don't have collapsible tanks. But hey, there's an Imperial Naval base, according to the map. Is it there, Nerull? :)

I would consider that, given the high competition to transport people and goods, it's a two-weeks full-time job, so one cannot both help to install the tanks and roam the bars looking for passengers - but that's my take :)

If no one tries to find more passengers, I've got 2 extra lowberth passengers that could be upgraded to "basic" class. That's still Cr2600 cashed.

Frederick feels like he would be more useful trying to find passengers than assisting in installing the tanks.

Alyx probably would, too. Otherwise he'll spend the time doing target practice with a stunner.

Khuevaengh will be helping with the tanks and making sure the help doesn't smell of treachery.

Tal will be helping to install the tanks as well as his other duties around the ship and will do likewise as Khue is doing checking out the help and any others who are not of the crew.    (OUR RECENT TROUBLE INVOLVED THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY REMEMBER GUYS- GVO'S BAUBLE OR MCGUFFIN.)
