Character Generation
Lets get your character concepts locked down first, but here is the character generation rules.
Level 1
No Jedi, No Exceptions.
No Droids, No Exceptions. Droids may be purchased, if/when your character has the credits
HOUSE RULES...
Force Sensitivity is a free bonus feat for all characters, but Use The Force cannot be taken as a Trained Skill (The skill will be given to your character for free when it is appropriate to the plot, so don't fear being gimped by holding onto a skill point).
You will develop your Use The Force skill through roleplay, be given +1 bonuses until reach the +5 correspondant with Training.
Other skills can be developed along this way, on your choice, but make sure that I am aware of this.
LEGACIES
This game will be using mechanics from the Legacy Era Campaign Guide. Your character is influenced by the Legacy of whoever spoke to them in the moment they became Force Sensitive.
Whether your character even knows who this person is or not, they will still unwittingly be moving in a direction of Embracing or Denying that Legacy.
TECH SPECIALIST
* All items your character possess at creation will be standard, even if your character has the tech specialist feat
* HOMEBREW RULE: Nobles may take Mechanics as a class skill without needing the Engineer talent (making it possible for them to take Tech Spec. if desired)
SKILLS:
Climb, Swim, and Jump are condensed into one Skill, Athletics, still have the Str modifier.
