"I wouldn't know where to start" AG responded. As he looked around the room after giving a short wave to the Jawa.

"The Kel Dor spoke of a mission. None of you are in uniform, so I have to wonder what kind of mission you all are a part of. Some sort of clandestine operation?"

Koi has to pause and think for a moment. "A clandestine operation? Possibly? We're not a military group, although Oro-Qiebra certainly knows her way around a blaster more than the rest of us.  We're scouts. Sometimes diplomats or traders. War creates a lot of refugees. I think the New Republic is partially funding our exploration in return for a line on somewhere they can go.  While some of the refugees join the New Republic and fight, a lot of them have families or other reasons for just wanting to live in peace." Koi watches his reaction solemnly. All of them have lost friends, family, a home, and even their peace of mind to the First Order.

She pauses and asks Wix in Jawa: "Do you want me to tell him about your mission? Or should we keep it a secret for now?"

Wix covered where his mouth would be, suggesting silence.

"Peace would be achieved a lot faster with surrender" The soldier stated with a simple tone, as if reciting a factoid "The resistance is doomed..." there was a slight pause "I was convinced of that. After Exegal, which should have been a guaranteed victory and the beginning of the end, the future seems less assured."
