Sharpshooter announces that the blaze was started by Fire powers, not Lasers as Photon would use. Given that only one being in the vicinity was using Fire powers, Sharpshooter can accuse without naming names, and his Reputation gives his words added weight. In response to the reporter, he says "I would like to speak to Mr McGavin to get his eyewitness report officially." Sharpshooter flashes his Agency badge. "This is now a Federal Investigation."

While waiting for PRIMUS to connect her to Redacted, Tarina will finish taking pictures of the interior of the blood bank. "Flicker, I think you can relax now. I have pictures of everything around here in the these first couple of floors. I will forward copies of them to the authorities."

After making sure that the fire inside is taken care of and that Flicker has things under control, she will make her way back outside. Quickly she makes her way back to her motorcycle and heads over to the butcher shop where she gets her blood.

Tarina will make absolutely certain (when possible) that any blood or blood components stored at the bank that could have been threatened by the fire are saved.

After Charge stated her piece she remained near the others and listened to the discussion.

"That's really a job for Arson Investigators to determine, don't you think?  Maybe Photon's blast blew the gas furnace or hit an electric box?"

"Think outside the box..." she suggests, but he may not be sure if she is referring to the fire theory or her earlier mass spec idea...

M.O. swings her body to get some momentum and ponderously waddles over to Fire N Ice...

"Kids." is all he says in response to M.O.

 "Now where did he go?" he says in response to Sharpshooter's request to talk to the Prime suspect at this point.

Flicker walks out of the burnt building, mumbling, "the field had a marked affect on the combustion, slowing it appreciably. There was an equal affect on the substances used to retard the fire, the resulting interaction renders the affect of the field as negligible in combating the blaze."
He takes in the scene, and vanishes to reappear to one side of Redacted. "Hey. Um, what was the name? Well, anyway, I have no official capacity. So, do I need to stay a block away?"

"Feds."  She says under breath as she reaches F&I in reaction to Redacted.

"Hi F&I, I'm Majestic Ocean.  I met up with B.D. last night?"

"Question: Can I have your contact information?  See, I'm trying to get a jumpstart on my thesis about the physics of metahuman energies and how they relate to everyday energies.  The problem is, I only have...well...MY abilities to gauge, and I need a bigger sample size and a larger variant of energy types to gauge.  Would you be able to help me out?"

"I know the university has a mass spectrometer to analyze these things with, but I really don't know how to use it, that's a senior level course...but I was hoping to one of the professors to run it for me."

"I know the going rate for student subjects is $25, but since you project TWO elements, I probably could go as high as $50, not too much more as well, y'know...college student finances."

"What do you think, if I can swing use of the lab sometime, do you think you could help me?"

"Truth is dealing with a bunch of amateurs is much like dealing with a bag of wet cats. And surfer girl is a rank amateur. My job isn't to look good. Hell if I do my job right they don't ever know who I am. The Lumbering brick earlier and now here constitute literally 2 of the three incidents where I have ever been caught on camera. I avoid the dang limelight."

"The name's Redacted right? I go by Charge. I been doing this for a couple years myself. Was trained by Rapier myself. Worked with him and other's." She said matter of factly. "Point is, no one knows who I am under this mask, and even if they did, finding anything out about the person under it is impossible. So if I even came to the limelight, all they find is the exploits of Charge. If they find her identity, it's empty."

McGavin calmly exits the shop and sits outside on a beach as if waiting on Sharpshooter just as Redacted is phoned by Nightshade.

Sharp goes over to McGavin and sits beside him. "So, I did a chemical analysis of the blast that triggered the fire. Want to tell me what happened back there? I was told you witnessed the thing."

 When his phone rings he merely looks at Charge"This isn't over."

 "PRIMUS Agent Redacted. How may I help you?" he says into the phone.

McGavin looks around and sees all of the super heroes.  I do not believe that these individuals are sanctioned PRIMUS officers.   If you wish a statement,  I suggest a more private interview.   

He looks off in the distance Besides, I think you might have more pressing concerns. 

He pointed to the sky.  About 250m away,  Photon swoops down and blasts something on the ground.   It was behind buildings,  so you don't know what he blasted.

But, just then, the PRIMUS villain van calls on the radio.    Mayday!  Mayday!  Photon has just attacked the prisoner transport.   Need assistance...   silence.

Sharpshooter swears under his breath and says "I'll call you and Fire in for an interview. This is gonna be a bad day, I kin tell." He launches himself off the bench, his grapple-gun mode slinging him forward past buildings as they latch and retract.

  "Son of marshmallow sundae! That's it I have had enough. What the blood hell. The nice gloves are coming off. Attacking a prison transport just crosses the line." he says as he walks over to his car. "And if I see you at an active shooter situation Tom I will arrest you. It is dangerous and the last thing we need to worry about is you getting shot or worse."

As Flicker mumbles "good thing I'm fast on my feet" and zooms off to the new conflict the air disturbed by his passage sends a discarded candy bar wrapper twirling down the sidewalk.

Riding on her Kawasaki Ninja, Tarina turns away from the butcher shop and heads quickly over to the location of the latest attack.

He moves 96 inches. If I could convince you to do so, I would like to use velocity based DCV when using non combat movement. Considering normal acceleration, his DCV would be one through the first  and last hex. Velocity based and standard DCV would match through through the second and penultimate hex (as 3 DCV). Velocity based DCV would be five for hexes 3,4,93, and 94. His velocity based DCV would be seven through the other eighty-eight hexes of his movement.

Being that she is on a vehicle, I will provide the movement stats for her bike based on a similar motorcycle in 5th Edition Revised on page 476.

The vehicle is a SPD 4 and can accelerate/decelerate on each of its phases.
It starts at 32" on its first phase, goes to 64" on its second phase in noncombat movement, then goes to 128" on its third phase of noncombat movement.

If she is 250 inches away and starting on Segment 12 she should arrive on the following segment 9.
