As you arrive (some more quickly than others) you will see that a blood bank is on fire.

This section of street has a lot of small businesses including a butchers shop where Nightshade gets a lot of her blood and a car repair shop across the street where McGavin has his car to repair his tires

The fire trucks are already there and McGavin is standing outside next to an ice wielding super hero (?) Who is trying to help with his ice powers.

The last hero arrives just as black diamond breaks the door down from inside carrying 2 people.  The news crew is in their helicopters close behind.

M.O. surfs into position, using her 'Extinquish Fires' powers to put out large swaths of building.

Calling over to Black Diamond:

"Hey B.D.!  How many more are in there?  If you need to go back in, I'll cover you!"

Sharpshooter lands near Diamond and exclaims "Good to see you again, lady. Any more inside that I can help with?"


OOC: This character has had at least 4 runins with Black Diamond, the last as an ally against a Bigger Bad.

Black Diamond nods.    There is one more person.  She heads back in.  After our last encounter cowboy,  I turned myself in and decided to try the straight path.  Then I just got caught up in the escape.  My blasted luck.  Gotta go!

She races in to get the last person.   News crews arrive.

Arriving on the scene, she notes that  McGavin is already there along with an unknown meta-human with ice powers, and Black Diamond. Soon afterwards, Majestic Ocean and Sharpshooter arrive and confirm that this time BD is acting heroically while they also try to help.

While attempting to avoid attention from the media or McGavin, Tarina looks around to see if there is anything unusual or any sign of the fire threatening any of the other buildings nearby. If she doesn't see or hear anything to draw her attention, she will attempt to eavesdrop on any conversation between McGavin and the ice power wielder.

Sharpshooter dashes inside after BD, thinking his enhanced senses might have luck locating the last civilian...and to see to it that BD remains safe. Her heroic actions this day weighed favorably with the old cowboy, and he intended to talk to Walter about extending her a parole.

Charge will go in behind the pair, hovering above the ground on the pair of CD's. "Hey again Diamond." She said following them. "When we find the civilian, pass them to me. I can get them out quickly." She said, remaining close to the pair, paying close attention to the path that they take.
