Sharp rolled 9 BODY vs Reflex's 5 BODY. The kid ain't going anywhere.

Sharp has DCV 4. Raccoon has OCV 5. I do not know what the effect of Cover has on the attack. But the 9 probably hits. I want confirmation first.

Is the Darkness still up?

Its an additional-2 to hit you.  Using concealment rules.

Raccoon connects with the kick. A painful "whooooof" is expelled through Sharpshooter's gritted teeth as his head spins from the force of the blow! Sharpshooter is Stunned and his grip on Reflex loosens.

You have battled Panda before.  Normally she cannot see through Raccoons darkness.  And thus not ego blast you (line of sight).  Apparently, that's not a problem now.

Sharpshooter gets off a barrage of bullets at Panda. He tells Raccoon "All right, Raccoon, you have a choice to make. Either get Reflex here to rush Ginger to the hospital, or stay here and beat on me while she bleeds out."

Due to successful blocks, Sharpshooter acts first on segment 8 regardless of Dex order.

Sharpshooter hits 16 DCV with bullets 1 and 2, 15 DCV with bullet 3, 13 DCV with bullet 4, 11 DCV with bullet 5. Unless Panda makes a Martial Dodge, she gets hit 5 times. If she dodges she gets hit 4 times.

Sharpshooter calls PRIMUS and reports "just had an altercation with PANDA, RACCOON and REFLEX. They are rushing PANDA to the hospital for emergency surgery. Get a team out there to arrest PANDA once she's out of surgery and maybe nail RACCOON while he waits for his wife to be saved. But do it low-key. Kid's worried enough about his wife. Reflex has no outstanding warrants, and I'm not pressing charges for assault. He's young, he still has a chance to make the right decision. " He then proceeds to PRIMUS HQ.

You have no more interceptions on the way to promise.  Derrick approaches you.  The doctors rushed her to surgery. We are allowing Raccoon to stay until we know she will make it.  Reflex fled crying saying he hates you and will kill you if he sees you again.  So, what can we do for you?

Sharpshooter says "two things. First, if'n a speedster is gunnin' for me, I need someone to teach me how to use his speed against him. I may be a boxer, but y'all have Judo and Aikido specialists who kin teach me a proper Throw. Secondly...", Sharpshooter taps the side of his mask, "I can polarize the lenses in my mask to let me see infrared. Panda had some sort of visual aid, probably UV goggles, when she was brought in, right? Can your tech boys upgrade my lenses so they can switch from IR to UV, depending on how they are polarized?"
