I'm super excited to finally play a Revenant. I've been wanting to for ages and ages.

EDIT: this is what my Debts look like.

1. Someone mourned your death, truly and deeply. You owe them a Debt.
2. Someone tried to get justice for your murder, but failed to lay your soul to rest. They owe you a Debt.
3. Someone has already come to rely on you and your powers. Ask them what unique need you fill. They owe you two Debts.

Just realised you cannot see my character details. Here, my debts:
1) Someone makes sure you get fed regularly. You owe them 2 Debts.
2) Someone relies on you for their fix. They owe you a Debt.

3) Someone bears responsibility for you becoming a vampire. They owe you a Debt.
My father? Or should we change the debt? (questions for MC)


I could take one or these both from Amanita:

The first one would be interesting, as it implies either a personal relationship or that Lilith was all wrapped up in the crime family that killed her family.

If we went with a personal relationship, perhaps something Amanita did as a mortal caused Lilith to become a Vampire?

I have added the Vamp's questions in my description. I was born a vamp and I don't not really hate it.
I don't know Amanita's history, but we can go with any of the options. Which one you like/fits better (friends or death by accident/casualties/had to do it)?

BTW. Are there formatting rules for the IC channel? (MC?)

Amanita, I was thinking about this one for you and me.



As Jake became tainted after something awful happened to him when he was human, he made the deal for vengence he has yet to gain. As he does not want to see other people wind up like him, even if demonic patrons are not involved in your case, he may have tired to put you to rest. In fact, if Jake killed the person who killed you-it ended up causing you to be trapped as a restless spirit because Jake screwed up. You came back to get your vengence, but now you cant...

Lilith, as Jake is involved with a lot of supernatural goings on, he might have hooked you up with some willing blood dolls. He knows a guy who knows a guy...

Carmen might have had a dire prophecy about Jake...before he made a deal with his demonic patron. Maybe you tired to warn him, but he did not belive in the supernatural back then.

Conversely, you could be trying to figure a way to get Jake redeemed somehow. Of course, he's not very helpful  on that matter.

I think that's all of our new people. I'm glad everybody's getting along so well. I'm also going to create threads for each faction. Mortality, power, night, and Wild so that you can hopefully divided up these conversations a little bit more. Otherwise, a single out-of-character thread tends to get hard to follow.

Is someone specifically interested in some of these? I am open to any faction/playbook connections, but would prefer PCs as it ties the protagonists in a tighter knot =D.

Wow! That sounds terrific! Also it seems that Carmen has some serious ink on her. Samael has a sleeve worth of roses and vines too. I was thinking of making Samael a tattoo artist (and perhaps an escort too). Perhaps Samael has made some of the art on Carmen?

Hi, everyone. Jessica The Hunter here. Here are my 3 debts:

» Someone keeps you equipped and supplied. You owe them 2 Debts.

» You consider someone a friend even though the friendship keeps
bringing you trouble. They owe you a Debt.

For the first one I'm thinking one of the less combat oriented archetypes would be a good fit. So perhaps The Aware, or The Oracle? For the other debts, I'm open to whoever volunteers.

It has a lot of room for improvisation. Lilith has a Seductive demeanor and is looking for someone to kill (revenge, as her father wishes).

Lilith needs a specific dagger to kill someone. Samael was able to find it and he keeps it hidden for now.

Considering your description, I'm not sure if you want Lilith to be involved in your debts. But if you would like to:

Lilith knows what revenge is. Blood for blood. She's a Private Detective and has some access to police resources (guns, confiscated things, you name it).

A friendship between a Hunter and a Vamp? Considering your past, it sounds like a good fairy tale :)) But why not?

Maybe Lilith keeps Jessica well equipped, and supplied? Jessica could see it as a necessary evil. She spares one vamp, but in doing so she can hunt other more dangerous monsters.

Samael is not a very good fighter, so I might be interested in some protection. Though I do not have a clear idea YET who/whta might be the dangerous party.

Unless someone has a good idea that would fit, then I will gladly concede.

Maybe someone from the 'old country' came looking for you to bring you back to your fae king/queen? Ether Jake could have been asked to deal with that person, and killed them, which kept you here on earth, or he failed to kill them but it kept you off thier radar for now.

Jessica, this is a possiblity:

-You’re protecting someone from a dark power. They owe you 2 debts.

What might have happen is that another demonic patron may have targeted you for death. My patron wanted you to stay alive as it weakened him  to keep you around. While you may not like it, Having Jake pitch in was useful.
