Since a number of people I know who are planning to look into this campaign are part of Monomachiarum, a Space opera/fantasy roleplay forum that I assist-admin at, it only seems fair to put an open invitation to our General Hangout Discord server for OOC chat and discussion of plotting and events in Age of Wilds, as well as getting to meet and hang out with other RPers and similar crazies. And I'll be your ninja of fate. Mercy was only an apprentice when the five score fellowship was slaughtered. Receiving her exaltation on the first day of the new age, she's been busy scrambling with the rest of the bureau to untangle fate. With the world continuing to spiral towards chaos, she's left heaven to find any and all able bodied exalted she can to bring them together and fix it. The situation is desperate enough for her to work with anyone, which looking at this group, is probably a good thing.

Hi there!  Got in at the last minute.

I figured I'd probably be competing with a bunch of others, but the concept was one I wanted to work with.  Kanaria here's a Slayer with a very strong SWLIHN secondary focus to the point where some would say "Why weren't you a Defiler to begin with?"

Well the answer is that in the lead up to a big war and conflict and finding you're less than well equipped for a decapitation strike, the best thing you can do is just...  Force Exaltations by being the disaster that leads to someone failing hard and then recruiting them and press ganging them into a war.

Needless to say, this...  Didn't go too well for the forces of darkness, and now they have a super science super Slayer trying to piece together her life and world with the clubs and knives she was thrown.

Thanks. I was happy with how that turned out. Neat thing about Crane style is that absolutely none of that is narrative embellishment . . . it has a charm that lets you leap into mid-air, float for a moment, then change direction and descend for a more powerful attack. It's a very cool style for stunting, and since the form doubles stunt dice bonuses . . . that's probably a good thing.
