Simple is the way to go.

1) Name
2) Concept
3) Preference for Tolkeen or Atlantean.
4) Race(If not in the concept)
5) Some sort of writing sample. It doesn't have to be long, but it does have to give me an idea of a general post from you. Meaning if you send a six page thesis I will expect a 6 page thesis on average. If you send me a one liner than that is what I will expect. Copy paste. Make a new post up for a character doesn't matter so long as it is your average post size.
6) Understand I will have questions at some point.
