Re: OOC

The younger man in the river,

again Im not sure this is going to help but,

facts: 3 thugs. the burly man seam to be in charge. then the other two thugs, clechie i know,

There is tenntion between the "thugs" and the other two, but they seam to be working together. they seam rushed, either they are in a hurry to get somewhere, or they are fleeing from somewhere.

Given that it isn't the 1950s, I didn't bat an eye at the notion.

Dunno. I think it's still kinda weird to kill someone before kissing them.

Okay, that's funny. :D  Especially after catching up on Critical Role this morning and hearing the DM accidentally say "Shiver and queef'd" instead of "Quiver and shift".

Jokes aside, Ingrid would be more than happy to solve her problems by making out rather than with violence.   Charisma is actually her highest attribute.

By clicking on where it says "The Cast," you can see when someone last checked in on the game.

(Doing so would reveal that I've been here every day.)

Istvan's just been waiting for something decisive to happen.

Re: OOC

I got a 7 and kept my footing on the boat, but knocked into something and took 1 damage.

My question is: does the DD damage ignore armor? Or not?

Re: OOC
I think i hate my life right now. I dont have access to a computer for the next 8 hrs or so. So im posting this here. Voice text from my phone.

Ingrid is able to bring the log down upon Collins head and they are both swept Downriver. as she grasps onto
Glaldiir Calvin grabs out to them and  pull them both under. He cant swimm and is vary frantic
Just as...

The large wave Came Crashing Down onto both boat Nikolai crouchs down into his boat. Grabs small Leather Pouch at his feet he and all the contents of the boat for spilled into the river

Everyone still on the boat now needs to roll for  the wave

The young elf man is nowhear to be seen at this time. The girl with leavs in her hair is in deep meditation with the spirits of the river. And
Duncan runs in to the river "boss!!" After the wave.

Ingrid the Warmaiden:
Haslo and Isstvan kept a clear heads, and Haslo in particular somehow lassoed Galadiir

I dunno how DM wants to adjudicate it, but I'd hoped that rope would at least give all of you a chance to grab the rope with a Defy Danger roll, if not let you grab hold outright.

The waves have settled, the current is returning to normal. Calvin, Ingrid, Galadiir are only swept downriver quarter-mile? Duncan can't find Nikcoli so he tries to help Calvin instead.

i would assume exhausted washed up on shore, maybe find a grouping of large rocks to catch you.

I think the most important thing is: more detail as far as describing where things are, and what the situation is, and how it changes.

I have trouble keeping track of who's where, as well as what's the most important thing to be paying attention to, and I've never had that kind of trouble in an rpg before.

I mean, when you said "every one in the water needs to roll DD" I thought at first that didn't mean me, because I was on a boat, so I almost ignored that part, until I happened to notice "*7-9 stay on board ship/ feet" and I was like "oh, he means 'everyone not on shore' I guess"

Likewise, y'all!

Also, thank you for the depth on that last post, Master of Tales!  That definitely gives us a lot more to work with, both visually and lore-wise, and I want you to know it's appreciated!
