Separate note, still around as well. Hoping against hope the GM is okay. Especially since it was a health issue that seemed to pull them away initially.

I got my vaccine, so that's good.

Got mine as well.  Both caused a reaction, though the first was the worst of the two.  But, otherwise good.  My wife gets her first tomorrow.

I have a question, did you get a CDC vaccination record card? If so, did they fill anything out on the back, or is it supposed to be blank?

The date of my first dose is stamped on one side, the other side has stickers that show manufacturer, lot #, date and clinic site (got mine through work as a state employee).  With the stickers showing the date of innoculation, the stamp on the back is a bit redundant.

Mine just has the front (the back is in spanish) but I got the johnsons and johnsons sniper shot, :)
