In broad strokes, tell me what you'd like to do to "see if there's a way in." Your previous rolls while roleplaying in the city will come into play here, and if you'd like to make more explicit and direct inquiries and investigations, let me know.

First order of business would be to FIND the tower. Then give it a once over and see what is to be seen. (Number and placement of doors and windows, at the least, plus height and proximity to nearby buildings.)

On the way examine the streets for the little things that could come in handy, like indications of a sewer or storm drain system.

I’d like to use Millicent’s local connections to spy out where the city cops are that are keeping an eye on the tower. Find out what they’re watching; see if they can’t be avoided, distracted, or selectively “removed”.

I would like to scan the tower once we find it and then allow my spell to see if I can detect any magical auras around it or on certain areas.

Perception to scan the place and see the times when the guards are patrolling the area as well.

If needed, a sweet seduction and charm could be used to gain any information that is useful.
