Character Creation and Houserules
All currently-released canon splats are available. Fansplats considered on a case-by-case basis. Characters use default chargen unless specifically discussed in advance. Custom content available on request.

Beyond that? How, where, and what you play is largely up to you. The default assumption is that threads and plotlines are public but individual, and while they may affect the world as a whole, players may be on the other side of Creation from each other unless they deliberately team up.
