Yes, take care.  A good friend described it as "TMB Syndrome," then explained that "TMB" meant "too many birthdays."

Happy f'ing birthday to me. Took a bad fall coming down the stairs, busted up my hip. Swollen and sore. Sigh.

Been to the doc? Not sure what they can do with that, but prob worth thinking about it.
Anyway, I hope it feels better day by day and soone all sorted.

Had hoped hot baths and ice packs would help, but I can still barely walk, and am in near constant pain.Seeing the doctor Friday, fingers crossed nothing broken. Please bear with me.

I'm feeling a little better, but it looks a bit infected. Got some antibiotics from the Doctor on Friday. As a diabetic, there is always the concert about loosing a limb, and it is at the hip. Scary thought.

Feeling better, follow up doctors appointment on Friday. Still looks bad, hopefully not infected. With luck I will be able to jump back in next Saturday.

Still feeling rough, and apparently my health is falling apart. Need a colonoscopy but cant get one, need to see the urologist for prostate issues, kidneys are failing, diabetes, and more. Not sure if I want to continue, still thinking about it. Sorry.
