Re: OOC

For our coffin party, we wanna bother the burgomaster or go straight to Danika?

Could we give Danika a heads up about the meeting with the Burgomaster?

Re: OOC

Hey gang, I'm sorta back, will try to catch up tonight. Vyktor's sheet isn't only outdated, it's not even the same character. I'll get my sh..tuff together. Sorry for the absence. My wife is healing, home, and cranky. All good signs! She's got a multi month recovery ahead, but is expected to be a full recovery!

Re: OOC

No, it wasn't something I wanted to just give you, I wanted it to be earned (rolled). :) the dice have spoken.

Also, I don't want THEM to know. There are other NPCs that DO KNOW, but the wereravens can't do it all.

Re: OOC

Back and better than ever!!! Got my new character sheet done, and I'm excited to see if Vyktor survives any better in this iteration! No longer a "Gun-Rogue" but perhaps a "Gun-Roguelock"

Ceila & Jun already know Strahd, so Rictavio might have gotten see where with us.

Re: OOC

Releasing a wild tiger into a camp... I was actually tempted to release the beast just so he wouldn't have it any more. Let the guard put it down and then he has to come up with a new plan as "sane" and as "functional".

I've always thought he was a very stupid character for how "smart" the book says he is supposed to be.

Re: OOC

I think Elma wants to inform the guard of this, yes. Just stop one on the street and tell them that there's a wild animal in Rictavio's wagon and see what effects come from that. Cause if they go to the wagon they're gonna see the thing shaking and hear the growls and then they'll be prepared to take it down with minimal damage and then they'll have to deal with the crazy guy pissing off a tiger on purpose. Might just put him in jail and then the "resistance" would have to do without him.

This is actually really funny to me, just tickled pink!

Re: OOC

That’s unfair to the Tiger, but Rictavio certainly deserves an undoing. Yes, his “Intelligence” seems like the “Informed Ability” TV Trope. We’ve seen that “Stupid” & “Cunning” often travel hand-in-hand in this game, though.

Re: OOC

Yes and I don't want to spoil anything.

Any character we have bothered to make names for are NPCs, and pretty much any character can become a NPC if you like, although I don't much like to have the NPCs help the players too much. I'd say the wereravens really owed the players this vampire battle, but they won't become an army or anything.

Re: OOC

It's completely fine and TY for letting me know.

I don't know anything about wereravens owing the players anything; I honestly only read the threads in which I'm involved. That's true of OOC too; if it's comments about a thread/scene in which I'm not involved, I skip over it. Not through lack of interest but because keeping player and PC knowledge separate is something that I can find tricky (although I do my best). In other words, if I don't know things that my PC isn't supposed to know then there's no possibiliy of information bleedover. I hope that makes sense.

Re: OOC

Greetings folks, sorry for the very late sign of life... I'm doing fine, just swamped with work with no end in sight. This was the last game I tried to keep active on RPoL, because it is by far the one I enjoyed th most, thanks to all of you. But there's no realistic way I can keep this running with my current and planned schedule.

So with a heavy heart, this is goodbye. You are wonderful players (and DM), and I really enjoyed our common time. Keep having fun, stick it to 'em vampires, and I hope I'll see you around.
