If the Travellers do not want to get involved in trade, this aspect of the mission can be abstracted within the storyline. However, if they do then Sundstrom will assign them up to 250 tons of cargo – of mixed types and not more than 20% of the tonnage of any given item. Alternatively, he will give them access to as much as 1000 tons of cargo space and a seeder fund of MCr2. The Travellers are free to use this space and money as they please, on the understanding that they are acting on behalf of the ship and crew. If they make a loss, so be it. If they make a profit they will benefit everyone and will be rewarded at mission end.
