Dean keeps a close watch on the creatures while Millenia and Barbara seem to stare at each other.  His is an patience born of covert ops in the military.  Cool, unflinching, barely seeming to even breathe....but patiently watching.

They seem to be intent on their meal but Dean has a strong feeling these beings are alert and though they seem focused on their meal are probably listening to everything around them.

Barbara went to Xantastic
"Are there pictures of Jessica here?  or perhaps some of her clothing or something else with her scent?"


OOC:  sorry, i didn't realize that you were waiting for me

Xan nodded and lead Barbara to Jessica's room.

"She tends to keep her things very clean but this is her room. That's her."

She points towards a picture of a smart looking blond woman with green eyes receiving some kind of award from Bruce Wayne.

Barbara tried to see if she recognized her

Yes you do recognize her.

She is someone you have seen sporadically throughout your life but never got a name.
You have seen her at least four times at high points in your life.

Barbara frowned, wondering why the woman kept herself such a secret from her.   Was she being observed covertly for some reason?  Perhaps she was being groomed to do this Warden stuff??   It was so frustrating to not have the answers

"Okay.....let's fond something with her scent for our tracking buddies "

Barbara hears a struggle occurring in a doorway off from this room.

Barbara moved towards the sound
"Everyone!!  i hear something over here!!"
She went to investigate

The Laundry Bin is violently moving about.

With a baterang in one hand, Barbara opened the laundry bin.

Xan is in there, "I tried to get in there to find you a sock or something but I fell in." Xantastic's cheeks flush.

Jill pokes her head in and snorks and walks back out, "It's ok."

Barbara rolled her eyes
"Ugh....sidekicks,  am I right??   Okay, let's find something together "

There is only a single set of clothes in there considering the bedroom and the hairbrush with not a single strand of hair in it. Jessica must be meticulous.

Still Barbara now has a set of clothes and a slightly embarrassed sidekick.

She brought the clothing to Millennia.
'Here you go. "

Millenia said, "Better present it to them yourself. I have so much Umbra about me might ruin the scent."

The three finish up eating and look over with interest.

Barbara looked at the shapeshifting demons warily,  then sighed with resignation and approached them.
"I need you  guys to find the person with this scent.  Can you did that?"

As one they all say, "Yes." the s carrying for a bit like a hiss. They take the item set it on the ground and they change to vultures and all sniff at it supposedly. After a bit changing back to humanoid form. "We have the scent."

One of them says, "Smells a bit like the little one."
His fellows say, "Smell deeper older."

He changes back to a vulture smelling it for a while then back, "Have it, have scent."

Barbara nodded,  tentatively
'Can you find her?"

The one who might be the leader speaks, "We can yes, if we catch her scent. We cannot smell across worlds but if we smell it while journeying the stair or on the wind of a world we should be able to track it. We are good at following scents. Normally good at tracking, may we have the article of clothing to from time to time refresh our memory of the scent ? I believe if you let us speculate we might start in the Agora."

Feeling like she had no other leads, Barbara shrugged
"Sure....go for it"

"The Agora is a huge bizarre on the Grand Stair. I can get us there and as a Warden it would be good for you to be able to find it anyway I suppose."

"Thank you.   That would be very helpful "

(Ok unless someone stops her you will be able to get to the Agora with little problem within a days travel on the Grand Stair. Something people will note is one of the creatures stays a vulture and they switch on and off in that roll. One always in a humanoid form to speak with the group. If Barbara tries to she will remember the way to the Agora from her world.)

It is truly a Bizarre taking up multiple levels of the Grand Stair and assaulting the senses as various vendors call out, or bring forth items to show. Of note is there are no permanent structures it is a city of tents with what any of the group might consider aliens from time to time. Xantastic is often given treats by shop keeps and seems to be fondly remembered by people and Millenia seems to have notable heroic standing here. The three creatures much less so and in fact some shops almost close upon catching sight of them.

Barbara is bothered by bazaar's their unwelcome allies, but she knows it's for the greater good.
