Val is not attending classes at Pelori High any more. Parents insist on her staying at their new condo and getting private lessons (in actually useful things, like dancing and singing and PR, not stupid stuff like maths and history). She still goes to the high school anyway, if only to hang out and receive her daily dose of adoration from the crowds. Whenever she's not there, catch her at the Obelisk hanging out with Theodor's clique.

Hi to all, sorry for showing late, i had a rough wednesday. I thank you for your kind welcome.
So i chose the name Nikola Net since its a name that can go for both genders in Romania (I made my PC of Romanina background also because net is a real last name there)I'll let you help me choose  if you want a girl or boy , depending if you want an almost complete female group or to add one more male to have a little more balance.

Up to you, Nikola, but like Vamp said, given the current character spread, it would be cool to have basically a girl gang with a "and then SOME boys MAYBE allowed" policy.

Forgot to mention, the other 'part' of his handle is for 'tailgate party' as in he likes to party, so can have met (and not necessarily got along with if desired) someone at a party or parties.

Nikola, up to you. Go with what you like better is what I would say personally. Me and Jai are going to be allowing all these girls to hang out with us, so another boy or girl would be fine. =)

I don't know, according to the post above yours, it's the other way around =D. And we are outnumbered, might be best to go along to get along...

As far as other connections go, Jai's fine sort of being in the background before everything goes down. Drugs and BD aren't his usual thing, they can't be pilfered from his job site as easy as things like more mundane amenities (bootleg entertainment, non-kibble food) or useful consumer products (tools for the tech-inclined, clothes, etc).

Jai is a sensible businessman. Be like Jai.

Also when going for pictures etc, remember that these are teenagers (character must be 14-17) and that they don't have any cyberware with the possible exception of a light tattoo.

Cool,  after realizing there are two guys already in the cast i decided to stick to the ecoraider girl. (Only one guy  would have given a wrong impression) ,ll go ahead and try to make my sheet. If the GM is okay this ecoraider wont be so against technology  or gliiterheads since its convinced that almost everything can help the planet if directed properly

Regular tattoos and piercings are up to you and your parents.  The only cyberware you can get is the stuff classified as Fashionware.

Yeah, that's all fasionware, though i think the tech hair and chem skin may be too much.   Skin watch, light tattoos, contact lenses, even implanted v-trodes, okay.

What about fangs? A Goth named Vamp is practically crying out to have fangs.

Humanity loss on Fangs is 3d6, that's pretty brutal.  Not until you are 18.

Cosmetic dentistry vs. cyberware? Can I go that route?

Cosmetic dentistry = no game effects, yes.  Though I feel compelled to put a HL cost on it.  1 point, average for fashionware.  (HL isn't only about cyberware).

Nevermind, the evolutions don't cause HL.

Hi, one more thing, if  i didnt misread the book , somewhere it states we buy equipment with some initial money. Do we get any of that or for starters we get just the ones assigned to our yogang?

The book puts all that in a sort of weird 90's mechanics-as-first-adventure context, which I assume we'll get our version of at some point.

Right, in the book Morgan Blackhand gives each of you €1,000 before the evolution kicks in to go to the mall and buy stuff.  You don't get that at the start, now.  Later.

I assume the thing I'm lacking for permission to start is a proper, codified connections list? Lemme give it a shot.

Andy: Illicit supply sounds good, especially since spray paint without receipts attached is important in a surveillance state.

Nikola Net: I think this might be the closest Jai gets to an antagonistic relationship, depending on how much she prostelytizes for a lifestyle opposed to his treasured tech-assisted culture.

Tailgate: Jai's dad does low-level corporate labor work. Depending on where in the hierarchy your parents are, maybe they know each other?

Valeriya: We've already discussed... previous transactions. Just don't expect him to always have drugs on hand. They bring the heat, ya know?

Vamp: He knows the Goths. For a subculture dependent on particular and specialized fashion, I assume you've had some run ins.

Vee: I actually went pretty tech-heavy in Jai's starting equipment and skills, maybe they occasionally talk shop and swap choice scavenge (for her)/pilferage (for him)
