Kat is a Glitterkid who dropped out of high school last year (2026) and is making a name for herself in the independent music scene.  Her personal style, the stuff she writes herself, is neo-jazz and tends to be smooth and sultry.  She is an ethnic mix with some Asian influence, quite pretty, with straight shoulder-length hair in black and purple.  Her outfits generally consist of black tights, a flared mini skirt (dark red her favorite, often pleated), and casual layers on top: sleeveless blouse and cardigan, in white, black or dark reds. Theodor Ulrich is a Goldenkid whose parents are high up in EuroBank.  He goes to the CorpCenter school, but he likes to hang out at The Obelisk to see the “little people;” and because he is part of a Scene with some Lookers and Glitters that hang there.  He has dark hair, is tall, and handsome.  He is always well-groomed and wears European fashion.  That usually means a dark shirt (turtleneck in winter), a grey jacket and slacks, both of which have a sheen to them.



Among his usual 'scene' is the fashion models "Iva", “Dion,” and “Camille;” Kat Samuels, the neo-jazz musician and three other Golden Boys: Jonathan, Stefan, Albert; Stefan is Euro, the others American.  Dion is male and African-American; Camille is female and Caucasian as are the Golden Boys.  Iva is a mixed Southern European blend, Italian and Greek.

Iva, Dion and Camille are Lookers, not Glitter/Golden; of them, Iva built her image on a "girl next door" and as far as anyone can tell is genuinely a nice and wonderful person.  Dion is rans and Camille is just catty.  Jonathan, Stefan and Albert are Golden Boys; old families, old money.  Not attached to a specific corp as their parents are more board member of several rather than loyal to any one.

Maria is sort of an average girl.  She has brown hair, that is wavy; she likes knee-length skirts, usually with pleats and over-sized sweaters; and she wears penny-loafers to school but likes heels at night.  She is of average height (about 5'3"), and not overweight nor fat, but developed early and has curves to match a full figure.

Darina McCord is a puzzling young lady.  She hovers around multiple social circles at school but is neither the center of one nor a permanent member of any.  She has been at the school since the middle of 9th grade and was picked on somewhat during that year as the 'new girl.'  Rumor is her parents are divorced and she lives with her father, but spends the Summers with her mother in another city.  Her skin is pale and her hair is dirty blond or bleached, her features suggest Asian ancestry.

She is short, just over 5' tall, and thin.  She tends to dress provocatively, even when 'bumming it,’ though she has yet to push it far enough to be sent home to 'get dressed.'

The Cyclones is one of the local boardpunk gangs.  They mostly cut in the J-Town/East Park area North of the school, and they are all supposed to be registered and attending classes at Pelori.  The current leader of the Cyclones is a 17-year old surfer-looking guy goes by the tag Hunter; he has shoulder-length hair of a dirty blond and a tan, when he is not cutting on his plank he likes to open the road rasher to expose his chest.

There are seven other members of the gang, ranging in age from 13 to 17.  Four boys (B-Man (15) Hispanic; Tube (14) half-Asian; Slam (13) euro-American; and Spuds (15) dark skin and dreadlocks) and three girls (Shiva (15) Hispanic; Geni (14) half-Asian; and GT (16) mixed Euro).

Melinda is the head of the New Harbor Mall holding company out of her office in the Dignity clothing store on level 1, where she works as a sales clerk.  Melinda is pretty and pretty ruthless, but a firm believer in The Code.  She does not attend Pelori High as she lives in the New Harbor Mall complex, but as the largest shopping mall in Night City, it's important to know who is who there.

Iva is of medium height, with long wavy auburn/copper hair, a natural Mediterranean tan complexion, flawless skin, and striking blue eyes.  She is known as a "goody-two-shoes" girl next door, and as far as anyone can tell, it's genuine.  Her parents are transplanted Europeans who work for a biotech company. They insisted she attend public school and interact with everyday kids for her social and emotional well-being.  She is not publicly saying who she might have a crush on, or even if she does, and the mystery is feeding the news cycle and keeping her in it.  When she makes public appearances she always sticks up for the underdog and politely speaks against anyone who takes advantage of weaker people.  She has an older brother living in Europe, a college student.

Trevor is the head of the A/V club as a junior, his technical talents are respected among the geek and nerd circles.  Despite being thrown into those categories by some, he is a friendly and outgoing guy with decent social skills (for a teenager) and he maintains a hand or ear in several circles on and off campus.  He is average height (about 5'9") and fit though not built.
