You should tell them to give Belberry some money for their "Tab" Drinks + Damages and then "fine" them for their misdemeanors...Just a little heads up on how things work at the
Edgewatch.

You need to come up with the fines for the misdemeanors, and let Belberry sort out the rest.

Phineas needs a few months to get some things sorted out in RL.
I'm going to leave him in the game, so he can come back around june.

Just assume he got transferred to another division in a different part of the city for now.

We will reintroduce Phineas later on.
