Do to the weather here in Indiana my internet's been spotty at best. I'm good and back to full now, if not also under a good 2' of snow or so.

We got a lot of snow too here in the Midwest, but was fortunate to avoid the blackouts and internet disruptions.

Bennett has been keeping up with things while you were gone.

I'm in Northeastern Indiana, the very eastern edge of the Midwest. So we get that lake effect snow. Thankfully we've avoided the blackouts, and normally we don't have internet disruptions either, but this time the internet happened.

The others may have had similar issues last few days. We haven't too much from anyone except Bennett.  Quite understandable and excusable though.

We had the snow but kept power and internet. I feel very fortunate.

In the IC thread message 123, we did the investigate activity for exploration mode.

It didn't turn up anything, but if you wish to search again you need to be specific about what you are doing and how you are doing it in order to get a second roll for searching for clues and such.

Missing Persons cases usually involve interviewing multiple witnesses and establishing new leads and following those leads.

You cannot wrap up this crime right here and right now. At the end of your patrol you will be passing on the details of this encounter to your superiors. They will decide what to do about it.

For now you need to finish your patrol and complete your assignment.
You got the boy out of the workshop with no bloodshed.  You've done your duty and learned about a missing persons case. Its time to move on.
