If you have the book, great.  It's not out for sale yet though, so if you need help with the character creation I'll do my best.

We can do Guided Method (where you roll dice for your Background, Power Source, Archetype, and Personality and then make decisions based on what you rolled) or Constructed (where you look at the lists and choose what you want from each).  The rules are set up so that both versions are balanced.

For the RTJ, I'd like a basic concept that is malleable to the dice whims if you go Guided, and a basic background.
