He got ready to attack, of course.  No one ever took that deal.

"You two, deal with them while I call for back up," one of the scientists said.

"You got it," one the spandex clad men said.

George positioned himself carefully and blasted a sonic wave at a group of the scientists!

Nonstop rolled with the blow, unharmed, and looked around for the source.

Another spandex clad man had showed up with some men carrying guns.

Nonstop charged the spandex figure with a quick punch, but not his best.

19 might miss.  If not, it's Damage 10 plus a Grab.

You have the man grappled, he can't seem to get free.

That was straightforward-- Nonstop slammed him into the ground hard.

Another damage 10, no roll needed.

The man grunted and passed out, the goons opened fire with machine guns at you.

Nonstop shrugged off the bullets, and unleashed another sonic blast at the gunners.

The gunmen grabbed their ears and fell to the ground.

"This place is lost, let's get out of here!" another thug shouted and the rest started to retreat.

Nonstop moved to cut of the scientists.  The thugs weren't as important.

As you did, the scientists threw their hands up.

"I give up! Just don't hurt me!" one of them shouted.

"Okay, secure those guys," said Nonstop.  "I'll check for any surprises..."

He investigated the room they were in, looking for more people hiding, or other nasty surprises.

You don't find anyone else, but you do find several fancy looking machines. Very large machines.

"...So this is a job for someone official, here," said George.  "Unless one of you guys is good with tech?  Actually, wait.  I do know someone who might be good with this..."

He called home.

"Hello. George," your mother said, answering.

"Hey," Nonstop said.  "So, we've found these machines used for giving people superpowers, and we need an expert opinion..."

"Hold on then. I'll get my coat and head out there," your mother said.

Nonstop waited, keeping an eye on everything.

Your mother soon arrived, earing a balaclava in a flying chair.

"Hey, over here," said Nonstop, indicating the devices.
