You arrive at the location the meeting was to occur at. It looked perfectly normal, but looking carefully, you do see a bunch of hidden cameras.

Well, that was to be expected.  Just in case, George attempted to track the current used by the cameras to get an idea of where they were feeding.  It wouldn't work if they were webcams, but webcams were unreliable and vulnerable to hacking.

The certainly weren't webcams and they all lead to a generator in an alley behind the warehouse.

Interesting.  So they were also hiding their power use...  George reached out with his senses to see if anyone was going to show.

You can detect a total of five people inside.

"Well," said George.  "This is the place.  Let's go in."

He went in.

There were four men inside, two dressed up like scientists, while the other two were wearing a red and white costume. One of them looked bored, but the other was focused and looking at you.

"Greetings, gentlemen," one of the scientists said. "I understand you're interested in our process."

"Yeah," said George.  "We hear you can make people strong.  We want in."

"Certainly. We need a couple of things first. Ten thousand dollars and a DNA sample from each of you," the scientist said.

"And then how does it work?" George asked.  "What can we expect to happen?"

"We have a few injections and IV for you and then you enter one of our special pods. After about an hour, you'll wake up with control over fire," the scientist said. "The actual level of power does very though."

"And how do we know you're telling the truth?" said George.  "Have any proof?"

The two men, who were dressed in the costumes shot out jets of flame from their hands, they pass by inches of your head.

"Good enough proof?" one of them said and snickered.

George shrugged.

"I mean, it's good enough for me," said George.  "Guys, what do you think?  This a good stop-off point for me.  There might be another tier above this, but this should lead us there."

"I think it is, yeah," Longbow said.
