Me still around too

Hola. I was on vacation over last weekend and will be again this weekend.

Sorry for the delay. I know you all rely on me to move things along, if I ever don't post feel free to keep talking to each other.

I think if we're done with this scene, Lando has three things he wants to do.  I don't want to tie up other peoples time, so we can split up and regroup. First, he wants to see Ireena.  Second he wants to go to the church in hope of finding more information on Strahd.  Third he wants to find a quest that pays.

All that works for Zrakrud. Debating on what he would do in town. He's not going anywhere near the town leaders house after their last "introduction". And killing this BabaYaga should have some loot worth some cash.

Karasha only has hatred for the count because she is a druid, and all druids hate undead on some level.

As for what's next, she is a nature based spirit at heart. She will go to the town master or church and help in discussuions.

Skuldja is pretty gung ho about going and killing Baba Lasaga, but she will hang with the group until everyone is ready.

It's something Lando wants to do.  It doesn't need the whole group.  That would make it weird.

Fair enough. Zrakrud will wander to the stockyard and the coffin maker. They seem interesting. He's avoiding the Burgomeister and likely the church.
