Mother Rank 1:

Mother can teach none specialty psyker and chi powers at double the cost.

White - Blue: Mother restores 1-3 strain equal to the bounty value of the value of chip.  Legend chips cannot be spent this way.
Red - Mother gives character gives reroll to resist supernatural mental manipulation with +2.  If no roll is normally allowed it frees the character from manipulation for a single action.
Blue - Mother provides you access to single use of one psyker or chi power your character doesn't have access to.  If the power is sustained then character loses access to power once they cease to sustain it.  Marshal can disallow certain powers.  Rolls to activate this power are made with -4.
