Not looking for Characters yet, merely in setup mode.

Getting there

For the RTJ I'd like 3 things.

1 Who is you character?
       You might know, or have no clue.  Cool, we'll work on it.  Maybe a couple of thoughts.

2 If you know why your character won't fit in with the standard tribes let me know.  If you don't I have some ideas. Let me know.
       Facts one should keep in mind:
       Black Furies are pretty accepting of women (though slightly anti-male),
       Bone Gnawers are pretty accepting in general (though not a tribe one associates with pride or upward mobility),
       Children of Gaia are pretty accepting of all Garou (but are opposed to what they consider needless violence)

       I am willing to flex the universe to some extent to allow your character into the game.  [for example: Your character doesn't believe in certain BF tenants.]
       Your character could want to be part of a tribe that won't accept them.
       Your character could think (be) part of a tribe that cannot (yet[ever?]) be accommodated.

       We may have to work out kinks between flexing the universe and flexing the character.

3 what is one of the unusual ooc threads here? What is the purpose of said thread?

Good news

Instead of the standard 3/5/7 and 5/9/13 alone, I will allow characters to have a distribution of additional choices of 4/5/6 in attributes and 5/9/12 or 7/9/11 [tell me which you picked]

I'm giving you all a free point in totems YAY!

Base WP is 5.

Feel free to put 5 skill points in hobbies, just so that your character feels more rounded.  These points are mostly decorative, though and must be very particular, like birdwatching or dog-sitting.

you get 20 freebie points

and bad news

You don't get any points to distribute in backgrounds without spending freebie points (that's where the 20 point total comes in.)

attributes (5) (strength intellegence and the like)
skills (2) (melee or computer)
Gnosis (3)
rage (2)
wp/rage/backgrounds (1)
