The OOC thread is for out of character discussion and rolling of dice.  There we will talk about what the characters are trying to accomplish and roll the dice to determine success or failure (or degrees thereof).  Once the outcome has been determined, the narration will be posted by the player or DM, as appropriate, in the Narrative thread.
