Is the Shadow Rat's Dex less than mine?

The Shadow Rat's Dex is 2, so yes less than yours. :)

A little bit more info on Stunt points to be clear. This is a new system for all of us.

For example: Marc, your character got 2 Stunt point on his Arcane Blast check. Those points are not simply added to the damage of the Blast. You must consult the Spell Stunt table and decide which Stunt(s) you want to apply.

For this once, Marc, I took the liberty of applying your 2SPs for the Mighty Spell stunt which grants you an extra 1d6 damage (and killed the rat). So you would roll 2d6+3 (instead of 1d6+3) & mention that in your reason for the roll.
