"Did you find it?" Raven asked from the hallway. "It's getting late. Who would have thought the school'd be creepy late at night?"

You could hear Fred try to stifle a laugh.

She wasn't wrong, the setting sun cast some long shadows in the empty school.

"It's just a school," said Hannah.  She was hurrying-- it was embarrassing being in this position in the first place, so she wanted to get this over with.
